Vendor registration! Space Is Limited!


IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES:

Application Deadline: August 17, 2024.

Event: Saturday, September 7, 2024

Trap Run Start Time: 8:30AM

Festival Time: 8AM - Noon

Vendor Commitment: 6AM - NOON

ENTRY RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS:

• Vendor Fee (information, community, merchant, etc): We are focusing on vendors that promote the arts, community, health, education and wellness.

  • Commercial vendors must pay a $25 fee

  • Non-profit vendors will not be charged

• Responsibilities:

  • We will provide a 10x10 booth space near the start/finish line of the event.

  • Vendors are required to provide their own table/tent/chairs/signs and other supplies  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Filling out this form is the first step of the process. We are reviewing vendor applications on a rolling basis, but everyone will be notified by August 20 if yours has been accepted. Payment instructions will be included in the follow-up emails for accepted vendors.

Off-duty police officers will provide security, however, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to work, equipment or other material due to rain, wind, fire, theft, etc.
